Ordering

Ordering – Orders can be placed 24 hours a day through our secure online shopping cart. We also accept orders through the mail. If you are sending payment with your order, please contact us by email prior to sending payment to request your total with shipping charges.

Since orders are processed as soon as they are received, any additions will be treated as a new order and will be shipped separately. Orders to be paid by Paypal or Money Orders will be held until payment is received. Orders paid by check will be held until check clears. If payment is not received within fourteen (14) days of the order being placed, the order will be cancelled.

All Missouri orders will be assessed Missouri sales tax.


Payment

Marlena's Country supports various payment methods. All online payments are processed through a secure server to protect each customer's identity. Payment methods are as follows:

  1. Cash - (local customers only, payment is due at the time of delivery)
  2. Money Order - Must be received within 7 days of date the order is placed - Make payable to Marlena Pence and send to Marlena's Country 104 Main St.; Holliday, MO 65258
  3. Check - Must be received within 7 days of date the order is placed -Make payable to: Marlena Pence and send to Marlena's Country 104 Main St.; Holliday, MO 65258. Checks must clear before the order will be shipped. Allow bank processing time, which may vary, in addition to shipping time for your order to be received. All non-sufficient funds will be subject to all fees incurred including an additional fee of $20.00.
  4. PayPal - Customers can pay securely with a major credit card, Checking account or PayPal transfers. Pay Pal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express (excluding the American Express Corporate Card). PayPal does not require customers to set an account with PayPal to pay via credit card or checking account for your purchased order.
  5. Credit Card - We are not longer accepting credit cards at this time.
All orders must be pre-paid before shipping. We do not offer credit terms.

Shipping

Recycling - Whenever possible, we recycle boxes and packing materials. Don't be alarmed if you receive what appears to be a box of brake parts. This not only helps the environment by cutting down on waste, it also helps us keep our costs down so we can keep our prices down.

Shipping We ship to the continental United States and Canada by either USPS or UPS depending on which service is more ecomomical to our customers. USPS is available to Alaska and Hawaii. We are unable to ship to other locations at this time. You may, of course, request one shipping method over the other. Please note in the comments box of the shopping cart if you have any special shipping requirements.

Free delivery is avaliable for customers living in the Holliday, Missouri area. Surronding areas may be eligable for free delivery if ordering $30.00 or more in products.

Delivery   If the carrier is unable to deliver your package to you and it is returned to us, unless the error was on our part, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping your order. If you refuse delivery and the package is returned to us, you will be billed for the shipping charges, as well as a 15% restocking fee unless the package was refused due to an error on our part.

Damages  If there is any damage to your items, contact your local USPS or UPS (1-800-742-5877) immediately to file a claim. When the package leaves our company, it is in good condition. All packages are insured. We will not be held responsible for products damaged in transit. You should file a claim with the carrier.

Returns

Returns are accepted only within 15 days of receipt. Returns must be approved, please email mpence@mcmsys.com for authorization. Unless the return is due to an error on our part, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed.

If items are not returned in a condition in which they can be resold, they may not be accepted.

Unless there was an error on our part, the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. You will receive an in-store credit for returns. We do not give cash refunds on any return that was not an error on our part.

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Marlena's Country and will do the best we can to accommodate you. However, if you are not satisfied with a purchase, you can return it for in-store credit on your next order.




We accept paypal personal checks and money orders.
